Mr. Kohut is the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Hammerhead Energy Inc. (formerly Hammerhead Resources). Prior thereto, Mr. Kohut was the Vice President of Finance at Paramount Resources Ltd. from November 2017 to April 2018 and Chief Financial Officer of Trilogy Energy Corp. from June 2006 to October 2017. Mr. Kohut has over 25 years of experience in senior executive roles at various companies and on various boards of directors. Mr. Kohut holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Mr. Kohut joined the Board in December 2018.
